Display of historical work order in MFS application

Description

Service History for an equipment now includes all services that are independent if reported from the field using the MFS application or inhouse services from M3 BE.

Service History contains a card view, or an overview list, and a detailed information about each reported service. You can access service history using the MFS mobile application through assignment or equipment records or you can directly proceed to the equipment list.

Service History contains these information: information as performed service, service date, work order number, operation number, order type, meters and meter values, operation information, operation notes, service error report, error codes, repair notes, and service repair persons or technicians.

To configure the Service History settings from M3 Mobility Core Toolbox, select System Configuration > Field Service Settings. You can set the parameter that controls the number of service history records retrieved per work order creation of an equipment.
