MFS has extended support for failed Create Work Order transactions in MTM

This feature is part of Infor Mobility for Field Service 2022.x Service Pack 1 release.

Description

The Mobility Transaction Manager displays the summary of technician transactions. Technicians can now tap or click the failed transaction. Once the technician selects a failed transaction, MFS redirects the technician to the Create Work Order window. Using the Create Work Order window, the MFS user can update the transaction and resend the transaction, or opt to delete the WO.

To view transactions in MTM, the user must add MTM to the default navigation menu. To add MTM, see Adding Transaction Manager in the Navigation menu section in Infor Mobility for Field Service Administration Guide.

To view other options available in MTM, see Transaction Viewer section in Infor Mobility for Field Service User Guide.

Limitation The Mobility Transaction Manager is only available for tablets and desktops.
