MFS users can create a work order and
work order request for a product defined in M3 as 'Model/Site. Open' (MOS400)'. MFS
has improved its filtering of services in Create work order and work request dialogs.
This improvement allows technicians to select multi operations service based on the
selected multi operations product. |
| Limitation |
In M3 BE, the user must create a service record (PDS001)/(PDS002) from
'Service.Open' (MOS300). Service records created from 'Service Revision.Open' (ECS300)
are not supported. Multiple operations product can only use blank product service and
multiple operations service that is connected to the selected product. |
