MFS supports multiple mode of entries in creating work orders or work order requests

Description

Technicians can now create work orders or work order requests from the MFS mobile app.

Customer focus option:

The end user starts with setting the customer. All the other fields beside the Equipment field are disabled. The Equipment field shows a list of equipments owned by the customer, displaying its item number and serial number. When setting the Equipment field, several fields are pre-populated with values, as defined in the user-defined parameter.

Equipment focus option:

The user starts with setting the equipment. The Equipment dropdown field shows a combination of equipment, item number, and as well as the serial number. When the user selects an equipment (and item number with serial number), several fields are also pre-populated with values.

Item focus option:

The user starts with the Item number followed by the serial number. The user can also directly start with the serial number or the Serial number-manufacturer. When the Item number and Serial number are set, several fields are pre-populated with values based on the combination of customer, equipment, item number, and serial number. However, the user can still change some fields such as Agreement, Service, and Contact.

The user can also clear all the fields in the panel by removing the Customer value.
