Immediate upload and reprint service reports to M3

Under M3 Mobility Core Toolbox, a new parameter is created to control when the service error report syncs to M3 directly when service error report is created or updated. Verifying when a service report is filed is now possible in M3, as well as in other devices. ofUnder M3 Mobility Core Toolbox, another new parameter is created to control which status (that is, Finished or Completed) sets the service error report to definite (20). When a service error report is set to definite, the service error report also gets status 20 in M3. ofMFS is also now able to print service error report independent of its status. The print job can be triggered by the technician after filing the service error report. Technician no longer needs to wait for the work completion to print the report. |
