Improved handling of agreements connected to an equipment

Description

Each equipment has a default agreement set in M3. When creating WO, the equipment information is retrieved and used by MFS even if changing agreement to any other valid WO agreement is still possible.

When changing the default agreement, invalid agreements, such as rental agreement, are no longer displayed in the MFS app.

These agreements are valid when creating WO from MFS:
  • all agreements for each customer record
  • all generic agreements
These are the prerequisites for an agreement to be valid:
  • Agreement Header Status is 20 (definite in M3)
  • Agreement is connected to Technicians facility
  • Order type on Agreement should be in normal order

Updates in handling of agreements connected to an equipment is also available in MFS dialog design version 0. The system administrator needs to connect the field service roles to MFS dialog version 0 or copy the new dialog. Reload of base data is also required for all MFS mobile users.
