MFS now displays completed operations in the Agenda list

Work orders are retained in the Agenda list until all transactions are processed correctly and the work orders are flagged as Work Completed. To use this feature, you need to enable its toggle feature in M3 Mobility Core Tenant Toolbox These are the additional required configuration: A. Using the M3 Mobility Core Toolbox, select .

A visual indicator is shown on the card when errors are encountered. When the technician clicks the said indicator, the page redirects the technician to the Transaction Manager tab. All work order operations that are processed successfully in M3 and flagged as Work Completed are still displayed in the customer's service history. While for the equipment service history, all completed work order operations are synced depending on the approval parameters in M3 (such as, if service history is for approval, this will not be displayed outright in the Service History tab). |
