Signing in for the first time using basic login credentials

  1. Launch the Mobility for Field Service application on your device.
  2. In the sign in screen, clear the Use Single Sign On check box.
  3. Tap or click Connection Settings.
  4. Specify the REST URL of the server to connect to, or click the button to scan the QR code.
  5. Tap or click SAVE.

    Tap ALLOW when asked to allow the app to take pictures or record videos.

    Note: There are check boxes in the Connection Settings screen that you can use to reload the base data or clear the user data. These check boxes are not available when you run the app for the first time.

  6. In the sign in screen, specify the user name and password.
  7. Click or tap SIGN IN.
  8. To sign in to IDM, specify your IDM user name and password.
    To skip the IDM sign in, read and follow the instruction that is displayed on the lower section of the screen.
    Wait for the configurations and data to load.
    Note: You might encounter multiple sign-in pages depending on the server or your current environment setup.
