Deactivating the existing Mobility for Field Service document flow

  1. Log in to ION Desk.
  2. Select Model > Connect > Document Flows.
  3. On the Mobility for Field Service document flow to deactivate, move the mouse pointer over the lower section to display the Tile toolbar.
  4. Click Deactivate.
    The status of the Mobility for Field Service document flow should now be Inactive.
