Mobility Transaction Manager
The Mobility Transaction Manager page on M3 MobilityCore Tools shows the transactions of all technicians and allows the user to filter transactions through filters such as User, Order No., Operation, or Transaction Status.
If there are errors during the transaction, the user can also view, edit, or resend the transactions for reprocessing.
Note: Only users with Admin or Field
Service Manager role can access the Mobility Transaction Manager. Also, check your grid
access role.
The Resend option is only available when these transactions fail in MFS:
- Changing the mobility status
- Reporting travel time
- Reporting labor time
- Updating meter reading
Edit and Resend options are only available when these transactions fail in MFS:
- Adding new material line
- Updating new material line
- Adding a miscellaneous cost line
- Updating miscellaneous cost line
- Reporting checklist tasks
- Adding service error report
- Updating service error report notebook
