Setting the application type

Ensure that you select Field Service (Work orders) as the application type. You can select a combination of applications if you have both Infor Mobility for Field Service and another application installed.

1. Select System configuration > System settings > Additional settings.
2. Select the application type. The application type defines what kind of data are imported and what features are enabled.
   • Field Service: Maintenance-related data can be imported.
   • CLM + EQM + Field Service: Basic, equipment, and maintenance-related data can be imported.
3. Click Save.
