Xbar Charts

The Xbar chart can display:

  • Specification Limits (USL, Nom, LSL) in red
  • Control Limits (UCL, LCL) in blue
  • The Xbar values

These are the various color indicators displayed on the Xbar chart:

  • Red bubble: Display alarm comments.
  • Grey bubble: Display available comments.
  • Rex cross: Display critical defects.
  • Green square: Display in-control measurements.
  • White cross: Display ignored measurements.
  • Yellow triangle: Display out-of-control measurements.
  • Red circle: Display measurements that exceed upper specification limits.
  • Blue circle: Display measurements that are below the lower specification limits.
  • Yellow flash: Display unacknowledged measurement alarms (Out-of-Specification or Out-of-Control).
