Adding multiple shift sequences

You can add multiple shift sequences by specifying the sequence of crews and duration of shifts.

Follow these steps to add multiple shift sequences:

Select Configuration > Calendars > Shift patterns.
Highlight the shift pattern to which you want to add a shift sequence, then select Sequences.
Select Multi-add then, specify this information:

Note: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Crew sequence

Specify the crew sequence as comma separated names. For example, Crew 1, Crew 2, Crew 3, and so on.

Start

Specify the date and time for the sequence to start.

Use the calendar widget to select the date, then enter the time manually (24 hour format).

Shift duration

Specify the number of minutes each crew sequence is to last.
To save the current shift sequences and add more, select Next. Otherwise, select OK to add the shift sequences.
