KPI targets
Infor MES enables user-defined targets for each of the key KPIs to be specified per line.
These targets are expressed as a percentage and are color-coded:
- Green: Greater than or equal to the target.
- Amber: Within 10% of the target. This is fixed and cannot be changed.
- Red: At least 10% below the target.
These KPI targets are available at line level:

Default Production Speed |
The default speed of the line, on the line info table this is over-written with TCT defined in the Routing, in units per second. |

Max Production Speed |
The maximum speed of the machine, in units per second. The equipment load ratio KPI uses this figure. Used in discrete manufacturing |

Max Production Capacity |
The maximum capacity of the machine, in units. The equipment load ratio KPI uses this figure. Used in batch manufacturing. |

Rework |
The target rework percentage of rework for any line info period (%). |

Production Loss |
The target production loss limit percentage for the line for any line info period (%). |

OEE |
Target OEE for any line info period for the line (%). |
|
Waste |
Target limit waste for any line info period for the line (%). |
|
Quality |
Target quality for any line info period for the line (%). |
|
Availability |
Target availability for any line info period for the line (%). |
|
Performance |
Target performance for any line info period for the line (%). |

FTTQ |
Target FTTQ for any line info period for the line (%). |
