Skill Levels
Skill levels classify whether a skill is mandatory or preferred for performing an action. These are the available skill types:
- Trainee: A user does not have the required skill to perform tasks independently and requires supervision. Trainees can perform only transactions that re marked as Trainee, Trainee with Instruction, or Preferred.
- Competent: A user has the required skill and qualifications to perform a transaction independently.
- Instructor: A user has the skills to perform transactions and supervise a trainee during the process.
