Skill Importance
Skill importance defines the required level of skill to perform a specific action. These are the available skill importance:
- Competent Only: Allow only users with the competent skill level to perform the transaction. Else, the user is blocked from completing the transaction.
- Trainees with Instruction: Apply only to the Sign In skill type for reporting purposes and functions like the Trainees skill.
- Trainees: Allow users with the trainee skill level to perform tasks.
- Preferred: Mark the skill as recommended, however, not mandatory. Allow any user to perform the action, even without the relevant skill. If a user without the required the skill performs the action, the application send a notification to the supervisor.
