Documents

The DocumentsUse this report provides provide to access to all the documents that are attached linked to the multiple variousentities, such as Materials, Machines, Inspections, and Variables.

To view documents, navigate to Report > Library > Production > Basic > Documents.

You can use these options on the screen:

Edit: Allows you to modify the existing properties of a document.
Download: Allows you to download an existing document.
Delete: Allows you to delete an existing document.
Retire: Allows you to retire an existing document. These documents cannot be accessed by end users.
View: Allows you to preview an existing document.
