Columns

These columns are displayed by default on the Documents screen:

• Entity Type: The type of the entity to which the document is attached.
• Attached To: The entity to which the document is attached.
• Description: The description of the entity to which the document is attached.
• Document Type: The type of the document.
• Code: The code of the document.
• File Name: The file name of the document.
• Description: The description of the document.
• Attachment Preview: The preview thumbnail of the attachment.
• Document Source: The method that accesses the document.
• Usage: The usage of the document.
• Language: The language of the document.
• Upload: The date and time when the document is attached.
• Modified DT: The date and time when the document is last modified.
