Selection Criteria
The Selection Criteria filter are used to define the set of filters used to narrow document search results based on the various settings. You specify information on filter:
- Entity Manager
- The type of entity to which the document is attached.
- Associated Options
- The options to view documents for the selected entity or to include sub-entities for the selected entity. For example, Assets and Sub-Assets, Machines for Lines using Line Section, and similar structures.
- Entity
- The entity to which the document is attached.
- Document Type
- The type of document.
- Order By

The order in which the results are displayed in the report. Possible values:
- Attachment Entity Type
- Attached To
- Document Type
- File Name
- Parent Entity
- Image Size

The size in which images are displayed in the report. Possible values:
- Small Thumbnails
- Large Thumbnails
- Full Size
- Include Retired?
- If this check box is selected, the retired documents are displayed.
