Reviewing documents for specific master data type

To manage document access, you must review all documents associated with specific master data types, such as Line, Machine, or Production Order.

You can follow these steps to view the documents for a master data type:

Select Reports > Library > Basic > Documents . The Documents screen is displayed.
Select the Entity Manager field value on the Selected Criteria filter.

Note: You can select the required master data type manager, such as Line, Machine, Production Order, and other options in the Entity Manager field
Click Apply. All documents linked to the selected master data type are displayed in the report.
