Dashboard Configuration panel
The configuration panel enables you to perform these actions:
- Drag and drop widgets on the dashboard and customize widget settings.
- Create or edit area
- Edit the dashboard settings
The Configuration panel is displayed on the right-side of the Dashboard Builder screen. These are the available sections on the Configuration panel:
- Areas
- Select a Topic (Configuration)
- Dashboard Settings
To return to a previous view while creating dashboards, click the option or use the navigation path. The Search field is used to filter and search MES data sources to retrieve specific information. The option allows you to view how dashboard displayed when published in MES.
To preview a dashboard, you must complete all mandatory information for widgets and dashboard settings. Else, the option is not enabled.
You can save after creating or modifying a dashboard, using the option. The dashboard is saved after the successful validation.
If the data is incomplete, the application highlights issues in red. You must review and update the data before you save.
Once you save a dashboard, you can publish the dashboard, using the option. You can also click without saving a dashboard, which saves and publishes the dashboard. To modify a published dashboard, click .
