Skills

Skills are defined as the specific abilities or competencies required for a worker to safely and effectively perform manufacturing tasks. These tasks include operating equipment, performing quality checks, maintenance, and tooling operations.

To view and configure skills, navigate to Configuration > Skills Matrix > Skills.

You can use these options on the Skills screen:

• Add: Allows you to create a new skill.
• Edit: Allows you to modify the existing skills.
• Delete: Allows you to delete the existing skills.
• Retire: Allows you to retire the existing skills.
• Personnel Groups: Allows you to view and assign personnel groups to a skill.
• Inspection Restrictions: Allows you to view and configure the inspection restrictions for the skill.
• Job Restrictions: Allows you to view and configure the job restrictions for the skill.
• Maintenance Restrictions: Allows you to view and configure the maintenance restrictions for the skill.
• Sign In Restrictions: Allows you to view and configure the sign in restrictions for the skill.
• Tool Restrictions: Allows you to view and configure the tool restrictions for the skill.
• Logins: Allows you to view and assign users to a skill.
