ERP Documented Errors

ERP Documented Errors represent defined error conditions linked to specific ERP interfaces. These errors are configured and associated with an ERP Interface Type to help users identify and resolve errors encountered during data processing. As part of the configuration, you can specify how many times MES must automatically retry processing when a particular error is encountered.

To view and configure Documented Errors, navigate to Application Configuration > Configuration > Content > ERP Documented Errors.

You can use these options on the ERP Documented Errors screen:

• Add: Allows you to create a new ERP documented error.
• Edit: Allows you to modify an existing ERP documented error.
• Delete: Allows you to delete an existing ERP documented error.
• Interface Types: Allows you to associate ERP Interface Types with ERP errors.
