Skill Groups

Skill Groups organize multiple skills into logical collections, which are used for reporting and analysis.

To view and configure skill groups, navigate to Configuration > Skills Matrix > Skill Groups.

You can use these options on the Skill Groups screen:

  • Add: Allows you to create a new skill group.
  • Edit: Allows you to modify the existing skill groups.
  • Delete: Allows you to delete the existing skill groups.
  • Retire: Allows you to retire the existing skill groups. Retired skill groups are excluded from reports unless included in the report’s filter options.
  • Skills: Allows you to assign and unassign skills within skill groups.
