Adding a skill

  1. Select Configuration > Skills Matrix > Skills. The Skills screen is displayed.
  2. Click Add. The Add window is displayed
  3. Specify this information:
    Skill
    The name of the skill.
    Qualification Type

    The type of the qualification. Possible values:

    • Certificate
    • Competence
    • Credentials
    • Skill
    Validity Period Days
    The number of days the skill remains valid.
    Skill Code
    The code associated to the skill. This code is used to map the skill to an external system.
    Description
    The description of the skill.
  4. Click OK.
