You can specify this information on the Workflow tab:

Auto Start Jobs In Workflow

If this check box is selected, jobs start automatically as routing operations require them while progressing through a workflow production order.

Auto Stop Jobs in Workflow

If this check box is selected, jobs start automatically as routing operations require them while progressing through a workflow production order.

Enable Auto-Transition Features?

If this check box is selected, the start and end transitions are added automatically when the first action, phase, or operation is added. This setting enables the insert-before or insert-after actions when an object is added.

Enforce Strict Workflows

If this check box is selected, workflow jobs cannot end until all actions are completed.

Routing Parameter List Query

The list-of query used to display the routing parameters.

Routing Operation Parameter List Query

The list-of query used to display the operation parameters.

Default Routing Approval Status

The default approval status assigned to a workflow routing upon creation.
