Adding an ERP documented error

  1. Select Application Configuration > Configuration > Content > ERP Documented Errors. The ERP Documented Errors screen is displayed.
  2. Click Add. The Add window is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Error
    The error message raised by the ERP interface type.
    Description
    The description of the error.
    Solution
    The instructions or steps to resolve the error.
    Max Retry Period
    The maximum time (in seconds) for which records containing the matching response text are retried.
    Max Retry Count
    The maximum number of retry attempts for records with the matching response text.
    Response Text
    The partial error message the application uses to match to this error condition, and to determine whether to retry a record.
    ERP Processing Status
    The status applied to the record when all retry attempts are exceeded. If this value is not specified, the Error status is used.
  4. Click OK.
