Adding an ERP server

  1. Select Application Configuration > Configuration > Environment > ERP Servers. The ERP Servers screen is displayed.
  2. Click Add. The Add window is displayed.
  3. Specify this information on the ERP Server tap:
    ERP Server
    The unique name of the ERP server.
    Description
    The description of the ERP server.
    IP Address
    The Internet-Protocol (IP) address of the ERP server. This must only be configured if required for the chosen integration method.
    Web Interface Address
    The URL of the web interface providing access to ERP RFC definitions and related content. This must only be configured if required for the chosen integration method.
    RFC Address
    The endpoint of the remote-function-call used to upload or download data from the ERP system. This must only be configured if required for the chosen integration method.
    Database Type
    The database management system used with an ERP interface. This must only be configured if required for the chosen integration method.
    Connection String
    The connection string to the database. This must only be configured if required for the chosen integration method.
  4. Click OK.
