Competent Personnel

Competent Personnel are assigned at the maintenance procedure level. The assignment defines who can perform schedule maintenance. If component personnel are not specified, all users can perform the maintenance. If specific users are specified, only those users can perform the work. However, other users can view the maintenance order in reports.
