Allocated Personnel

Allocated Personnel are assigned at the maintenance order level for individual users or personnel groups. The assignment handles the maintenance dashboard and displays orders that are assigned to the user or the user’s personnel group. If allocated personnel are not specified, the maintenance order does not display on the dashboard.
