Data Collection Mode

Machines can collect downtime, production counts, scrap counts, and rework counts using these methods:

• None: Data is not recorded.
• Automatic: Data is captured in real-time through an OPC connection to the machine PLC.
• Manual Real-Time: Users manually record the data in relative real-time (event-driven data collection).
• Manual Retrospective: Users log data after completion, such as at the end of a production run or shift.
