Report Columns
You can view the additional columns through the column picker.
These columns are displayed by default:
- Entity Type
- The entity type to which the document is attached.
- Attached To
- The entity to which the document is attached.
- Description
- The description of the entity to which the document is attached.
- Document Type
- The type of the document.
- Code
- The document type code of the document.
- File Name
- The file name of the document.
- Description
- The description of the document.
- Attachment Preview
- The preview or thumbnail of the attachment.
- Document Source
- The method by which the document is accessed.
- Usage
- Indicates how the document is to be used.
- Language
- The language of the document.
- Upload
- The date and time when the document is attached.
- Modified DT
- The date and time when the document is modified.
