Lot control mode

Lot Control Mode defines whether to automatically generate lot numbers for inventory packs created for a material.

When the Lot Control Mode is enabled, the application automatically creates lot numbers for inventory packs associated with the material. Lot number generation rules are defined on Process Types. See, Lot Number Generation Mode.

When the Lot Control Mode is not enabled, the application does not create lots for the inventory packs created.
