Additional Time Periods

An additional period is a user-defined period used for reporting purposes. This is used to support time frames not covered by standard date range filters, such as shifts, production orders, days, or weeks.

Additional time periods are used when a unique or non-standard time frame is required. For example, a lunar month.

Additional time periods are configured in a manner similar to shift patterns. The period is assigned to a name and a repeating duration (for example, 28 days), and then the specific periods are defined within the duration. Once configured, the period is activated. There is no requirement to associate the defined period with machines.

Note: Only one additional period can be active for a plant at a given time.
