Crews

A crew is a team of people who work the same shift. Crews can be defined based on operational or scheduling requirements, such as:

• Shift-based crews (for example, morning, evening, and night)
• Identifier-based crews (for example, red, blue, and green)

To ensure complete shift coverage, every shift, including non-working periods, must be associated with a crew. As a result, a non-working crew must be defined. This is indicated in the crew definition.
