Automatically start a job when scanning inventory

Process Types enable production to be automatically initiated when an inventory pack is processed on the production line.

The application creates the production run using the same production order as the inventory pack and sets the ordered quantity equal to the inventory pack quantity. The application uses production step build records to support this functionality.

Production runs are automatically started only when there is no other production run is currently running.
