Cavity State Reasons

Cavity State Reasons indicate why a tool cavity state has changed from usable (open) to not usable (blocked). Cavities are blocked when a condition or quality issue results in defective material. Recording the reason for each cavity state change provides important information for tool cavity management.

Cavity State Reasons can be assigned to a Set when created. Reasons can also be assigned or unassigned from a set as required. The same reason can be linked to multiple sets.
