Tool cavities with sub tools

When sub-tools are used, the cavity status is determined from the status of the assigned sub-tool, and from the presence of a sub-tool in the cavity.

Note: By default, the cavity transactions with sub-tools are hidden. Implementation teams can enable these transactions based on the project requirement.
