Report Columns
When the report is grouped, the available columns vary based on the selected option. Additional columns can be added to the report using the column picker.
These columns are displayed by default:
- Order: The production order number for which the tool allocation is expected.
- Material: The material associated with the production order.
- Description: The description of the material associated with the production order.
- Est. Start: The estimated start date and time of the production run.
- Routing Operation: The routing operation for which the tool is required.
- Expected Machine: The machine on which tool is expected to be used, as defined by the routing operation.
- Position: The expected tool position number on the machine for the routing operation.
- Expected Tool Type: The type of tool expected at the specified position, as defined by the routing.
- Expected Tool: The specific tool expected at the specified position, as defined by the routing. This field can be blank if any tool of the expected type is acceptable.
- Allocated: The tool allocated to the specified position for the production run.
- Tool In Use: Indicates whether the allocated tool is currently in use for another production run. When a tool is in use, the tooltip displays details about the current production run, machine, and position.
- # Cavities: The number of usable cavities compared with the total cavities for the allocated tool, displayed as a ratio. For example, 4/6 indicates that 4 of the 6 cavities are usable.
- Tool Status: The current status of the allocated tool.
- State: The current asset state of the allocated tool.
- Sequence: The sequence number that indicates when the tool is required next. A sequence value of 1 indicates that the tool is required for the next production run.
- Comment: The start comments recorded for the tool allocation.
