Filter Options
Time Frame
Use the Time Frame tab to specify the period for which data is displayed in the report.
The values specified in the Time Frame field limits report results based on the type of date and the time frame. By default, this value is set to Next N Days.
You can filter production runs by the planned start and end dates rather than the estimated start and end dates only if the Use Planned Dates check box is selected. See for more details.
Equipment
Use the Equipment tab to filter the data based on the selected plant.
These filters are displayed on the Equipment tab:
- Plant
- The manufacturing plant associated with the production order.
- Department
- The department associated with the machine for which the tool allocation is foreseen.
- Line Group
- The line group associated with the production line for the production run.
- Line
- The production line for the production run.
- Machine Group
- The machine group associated with the machine.
- Machine Type
- The machine type of the machine.
- Machine
- The machine for which the tool allocation is expected.
Material
Use the Material tab to filter the data based on the information associated with the production order.
These filters are displayed on Material tab:
- Material Type
- The type of material associated with the production order.
- Material
- The material associated with the production order.
Tool
Use the Tool tab to filter the data based on the information related to the tool.
These filters are displayed on Tool tab:
- Location
- The current location of the allocated tool.
- Tool Type
- The type of tool expected or allocated for the production run.
- Tool
- The specific tool for which the allocation information is displayed.
- Asset State
- The current asset state of the allocated tool.
- Diameter
- The current diameter of the allocated tool.
More
Use More tab to filter the data based on based on tool usage, production order, allocation status, and exception conditions.
These filters are displayed on the More tab:
- Include Usage Data
- The tool usage data, such as lifetime usage, usage since the last repair, current usage, and end-of-life values, that must be included in the report.
- Production Order
- The production order for which tool allocation information is displayed.
- In Use
- If this check box is selected, only tools that are currently in use for another production run are displayed in the report.
- Is Allocated
- If this check box is selected, only tool positions with an are displayed in the report.
- Exception Only
- If this check box is selected, only tool positions with an exception condition, such as missing allocations, date conflicts, or retired tools are displayed in the report.
