Tool cavities without sub tools

When tool cavities are used without sub-tools, the status of each cavity can be set to Open or Blocked.

The benefits associated with managing tool cavities, without specifying sub-tools includes:

• Reduced configuration effort, because individual sub-tools do not require to be defined.
• Simplified cavity management, when cavity availability and status information are sufficient and detailed sub-tool tracking is not required.
