Email tab

You can specify this information:

Email Server

The IP address or name of the SMTP server used to send emails. If the server requires SSL, you must specify the port number in the server name. Use port 465 or 587. Do not specify the port in the email server credential.

Email Sender

The email address used as the sender address for outgoing emails.

Email User ID

The user ID used to authenticate with email servers that require credentials. The corresponding password is configured through the Credential Manager.

Email Receiver

The email address that receives emails submitted through the Email Support feature.

Email Display Name

The name displayed on sent emails.
