Asset Locations

Asset Locations enable the tracking of moveable assets as these assets are transferred between locations within the factory. A default home location can be assigned for each movable asset to indicate the usual storage location.

Asset Types that can track movements include:

• Tool
• Gauge
• Container
• Component

The movement history of each asset is recorded in the application when the location of an asset is changed. See Locations.
