Asset State Reasons

Asset State Change Reasons provide a structured explanation for asset state transitions. These reasons are defined as master data and help improve traceability, reporting, and decision-making.

Each reason has a unique name and can be associated with one or more asset states and asset types. For example, the post-maintenance inspection reason can be associated with the Requires Measuring and Available For Use states for the Tool and Machine asset types.
