Asset State Reason Sets

Asset State Reason Sets are used to group Asset State Change Reasons that are applicable to one or more assets.

A set-based approach to modelling this master data enables accurate allocation of reasons to related entities. Reasons can be reused for multiple processes, which ensures data integrity and consistency while simplifying reporting.

Asset State Change Reason Sets can contain multiple reasons and can be assigned to assets.

When an operator modifies the state of an asset and a reason is required, the available reasons are limited to those included in the Asset State Change Reason Set.
