Tool Locations

Tool Locations require additional location considerations for tool assets.

A factory typically has a tool room, wherein each tool can be assigned a default location to indicate where the tool is stored when not in use.

When a tool asset is moved from one location to another, any sub-tools assembled into the toolpack are also moved.

When a tool is loaded into a machine, the tool is considered to be in the machine rather than at a specific location.
