Report Columns

When grouping the report, a column is displayed for each selected grouping level. You can view the additional columns through the column picker.

These columns are displayed by default:

• Plant: The manufacturing plant where the machine is located.
• Dept: The department associated with the machine.
• Machine Type: The machine type for which the status is recorded.
• Machine: The machine for which the production count is recorded.
• Line: The line for the job for which the production count is recorded.
• Order: The production order for which the running and quality statuses are recorded.
• Material: The material for which the running and quality statuses are recorded.
• Stopped: The description of the material for which the production count is recorded.
• Reason: The production order for which the production count is recorded.
• Assistance: The production counter for the recorded production count.
• Stopped: The quantity of the recorded production count.
• Duration: The duration for which a machine has been stopped.
• Inspection Class: The inspection classification associated with the machine status, such as Running, Setup, Trial, or Audit.
• Quality Checks?: Indicates if quality checks are assigned to a machine.
• Open Alarms: Indicates if open quality alarms exist for the machine.
• Quality Status: The quality status of the machine, including is out-of-specification or out-of-control condition.
• Overdue: The overdue flag indicates if a quality check is overdue against a machine.
