Overhead Orders
Overhead Orders are non-production orders used to record labor bookings, with a common intention to support cost tracking in ERP (with appropriate integration in place).
Generally, an individual Overhead Order represents a form of repeated activity performed outside of the context of a production order, such as mid-shift cleaning, and end-of-shift shutdown activities.
Each Overhead Order can be tied to a single Cost Centre if required. Orders have a set of status options: Not Started, In Progress, Completed. Only incomplete orders can have labor bookings assigned.
