Examples of Use

The Events History report can be used to conduct a review of all events that transpired during the execution of a specified production order. Events that are linked to the production order include machine and production stops, inventory transactions, quality inspections, OOS/OOC measurements, tool changes and shift changes.

To achieve this, apply these filters:

• Select a suitable time frame on the Time Frame tab.
• Specify the Production Order to review in the order on the Production tab.
• Select relevant Event Types on the More tab.

Run the report and review events that transpired during the production order.

This report can be used during daily production meetings to review machine events recorded during the previous shift.

To achieve this, apply these filters:

• Select a suitable time frame, such as Last Shift on the Time Frame tab.
• Filter on the relevant Department.
• Select the value in the Event Type field to Machine Event on the More tab.

Run the report and select the Events Card View visualization.

Each recorded machine event is displayed on a separate card, enabling operators to quickly identify reported issues and pinpoint items that may require attention during the next shift.

This report is used to investigate potential relationships between scrap events and out-of-specification (OOS) or out-of-control (OOC) measurements .

To achieve this, apply these filters:

• Select a suitable time frame, such as Last Week on the Time Frame tab.
• Filter on the relevant Machine.
• Select the OOS/OOC Alarm and the Scrap values in the Event Type field on the More tab.

Run the report and select the Events Time Line visualization.

The timeline displays all recorded scrap events and OOS/OOC measurements, helping identify patterns or correlations between quality issues and production losses.

Operators who oversee multiple machines or production areas can use the Events History report to monitor recent events on their production lines.

To achieve this, apply these filters:

• Select a suitable time frame, such as Last 24 Hours on the Time Frame tab.
• Filter on the relevant Department.
• Select the Consumption, Machine Stop, OOS/OOC Alarm, and Scrap values in the Event Type field of the More tab.
• Specify 60 in the Min Stop Duration (mins) field on the More tab.

Run the report and select the Events Side Bar visualization.

The visualization displays events in a vertically ordered list that can be easily reviewed and scrolled through. This view can be saved and added to an operator dashboard to provide quick access to recent production events.
