Recording a rework quantity

You can record a quantity of reworked parts manually to support production performance calculations.

To record a rework quantity:

  1. Click Add Rework from the operator dashboard. A list of fields is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Date/Time
    The date and time the rework count occurred.
    Machine
    The machine that produced the rework count.
    Production Order
    The production order associated with the rework.
    Material
    The material reworked.
    Reason
    The reason for the rework.
    Units
    The unit of measure of the rework count.
    Reworked Quantity
    The quantity of rework.
    Rework Comments
    The additional information.
  3. Click OK.
